Most of you know that I'm a personal trainer, which means that I care a lot about the food that I put into my body. I want to eat foods that nourish me and power me through workouts. I also don't have a lot of time to cook (not to mention I suck in the kitchen to be honest, lol). ENTER: THE AIR FRYER.
My grandma got me an air fryer for Christmas and honestly, I didn't know how much I would love it. I used it the day after Christmas just so I could tell her that it was out of the box. I've used it EVERY DAY since then. This thing makes cooking (and clean up) SO fast and simple. I can prep, cook, and have clean up done in 30 minutes or less. And we're talking shrimp, potatoes (!!!), and veggies here.
