Your why keeps you sane.
What is my why? Well I have a few:
- I want to become an SLP - the classes are tough and my schedule is jam packed with extra curricular activities BUT someday I'll get to help people communicate, connect, and be heard. I can't wait.
- I want to show love to people around me and spread positivity + encouragement whenever I can - blogging takes up some time that I don't really have, but I truly LOVE connecting with you guys and sharing things that are on my heart.
- I want to create a life that I love - I'm busting my butt now so that in a few years I'll be able to work a job that I love while still being able to spend quality time with my husband, friends, and family.
I have a few more but I'll just leave it at those for now :) Just remember - when the days are long and you're feeling overwhelmed and/or drained, cling to your why(s)!
