Anyway, today I want to talk about something that I've been implementing in my life on the regular:
For me, this means visualizing positive outcomes for circumstances that I encounter. It's so easy to get swept away by negative thoughts, especially if you continually find yourself in not so seemingly great situations. But instead of wallowing and stressing yourself out about what bad thing could potentially happen next, redirect that energy into thinking positive thoughts. Visualize what you want the outcome to be and think about that...think about ways you can make that happen.
I truly believe that our thoughts manifest themselves if we think them enough. Because usually what we think directly affects how we act. If you think positive thoughts, then you're more likely to take positive actions toward situations in your life. And that will cause positivity to surround you. AND HELLO who doesn't want to be surrounded by positivity?
I have a specific school in mind that I want to attend for my graduate education. I think and speak as though I am already accepted into their SLP program. I'm working extremely hard to make my acceptance a reality, but I don't stop there - I think extremely positively about the situation. I'm big on vibes, and relishing in good vibes causes me to work even harder. Now don't get me wrong, I'm still realistic and I have back up schools but I truly THINK that everything is going to work out how it needs to.
Do your thoughts reflect positive energy? Or are they consumed by negativity? You have the ability to pursue the power of positive thinking!
