My Current Go-To Podcasts

Lately I've been very aware of what I'm filling my head space with. I don't want to fill my thoughts with a bunch of mindless junk (with the exception of binge watching OITNB with my husband...I am guilty of that). I truly believe that our thoughts are powerful. So be careful what you let into your mind. Choose to watch and listen and read things that are going to bring your life value.

You already know that I love reading (I'm on a self-love genre kick), but I don't always have time to sit down and focus all of my attention on a book. Usually when I'm cleaning, putting on my makeup, cooking or commuting to school I have a podcast playing. They're great for when you're working on somewhat mindless tasks. I listen to podcasts that are feeding my thoughts passion, drive, and positivity.

I wanted to share a few of my favorites with y'all today:
  • Let It Out with Katie Dalebout
  • The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast
  • All Up In Your Lady Business
  • Mind Body Musings Podcast
  • Confidence Podcast - Trish Blackwell
And then a few bonus ones that I listen to that I find helpful since being back in school:
  • GRE Vocabulary Podcast by VictorPrep
  • The Working Therapist With Haden Boliek
  • Conversations in Speech Pathology

What are some podcasts that you listen to? I'm always looking for new ones :)

  1. If you looked at my Podcast app you would find: episode after episode of Being Boss and Sorta Awesome. They are so good and so "real"!

  2. I always love listening to the Happier Podcast with Gretchen Rubin. Other favorites are The Model Health Show, Reply All, and my guilty pleasure, Here to Make Friends, which is about the Bachelor/Bachelorette.
