Your Vibe Attracts Your Tribe

Okay, I admit it - I am such a sucker for cute phrases + quotes. And this one just hits me right in the feels:

I found this on Google images but it didn't link to any site - let me know if you know where it's from so I can credit it!

I'm at the point in my life where I don't have time for negativity. I don't have the mental capacity or the physical energy that negativity requires. I've realized that time (not just mine but everyone's) is valuable and I want to spend it doing things that I love with people that I love being around. I want to be surrounded by people who encourage, uplift, and challenge (in positive ways, obviously) each other.

I truly believe that the energy/vibe that you put out is what you're going to attract. So make sure that you're who you want to be. And if you're not - do something about it. If that means getting out of toxic relationships, switching jobs, or moving to a new city - so be it.

Lately I've been so aware of who I spend my free time with and what they bring to the table. And I have been making sure that what I bring to the table is equally as positive. I refuse to let negative people/energy rule my life. Nope. No time for that. I've got goals and dreams that I'm working toward. I know it can seem kind of harsh to cut certain things/people out of your life, but honestly, why would you want to bask in anything but positivity? Just make sure that the vibes that you're putting out there are the ones that you want to attract.

  1. Good vibez onlyyyy. But for real, positivity goes such a long way! I'm in the process of weeding out the same kind of people!

  2. A few years ago I took time to "Prune my garden of weeds..." I believe this was a process to get rid of the negative and make room for people in my life who actually added value to my life rather than take away from it, it was hard, but it was so worth it!
